ARO Behavior Center (ABC)

The ARO Behavior Center operates 24/7 to help frontline teams conduct their operations safely by proactively identifying and stopping unsafe acts, while also driving the transformation of work behaviors to align with our safety and operational excellence standards.

KNOWLEDGE SHARING PLATFORM

We capture and disseminate best practices and lessons learned across the organization, transforming individual experiences into shared organizational wisdom.

REAL-TIME OPERATION CENTER (RTOC)

ARO Drilling is the first drilling contractor in the Kingdom to activate the Real-Time Operations Center (RTOC) in collaboration with Aramco; setting a new benchmark for digital integration and operational excellence.

REI & KPIS MONITORING & ANALYSIS

Launched AI-driven analytics to automate the processing of Aramco morning reports, reducing manual workload, improving accuracy by eliminating human intervention, and enabling on-time evaluation of crew performance to support safe and efficient operations.
