
We have an established process whereby you can report any compliance and unethical related concerns about the Company in an anonymous and confidential manner and without fear of retaliation. We provide the following two methods of reporting concerns, which allow you to remain anonymous:
• Submit an online report (optional anonymity): You may report your concern via the web at www.arodrillinghelpline.com. The website provides online forms to complete detailed information about the request. A quick visit to the website will allow you to see the information that is important to report.
• Call our toll-free Helpline (optional anonymity): You may report your concern by calling the toll-free Helpline at (800) 850-0673 from a personal or Company cell phone or a land line. The Helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is staffed by multilingual professional operators who have no affiliation with the Company.
What kinds of concerns may I report?
You may report any compliance and unethical concern about the Company, its Employees and Contractors. Below are a few examples:
· Corruption and bribery
· Conflict of Interest
· Money laundering and terrorism financing
· Fraud or embezzlement
· Theft
· Unlawful discrimination or harassment
· Falsification of Records
What information should I report?
The report should include as much details as possible so that the concern can be easily understood and timely managed. The report should include each of the following details, to the extent known:
· Names of the people involved in and witness to the incident(s).
· Dates and times of the incident(s) (approximate or exact).
· Location of the incident(s).
· Whether there are any relevant documents or communications, such as photos, videos, text messages, or emails, regarding the incident(s) and where those documents or communications may be found.
· Why the incident(s) should be reported as a compliance-related complaint.
· Whether an ongoing unaddressed safety concern exists.
What will happen with reported concerns? All reported concerns will be taken seriously and handled in a confidential manner. Concerns received by the Hotline will be forwarded to the Company’s Compliance Department for further review and investigation as per the Company’s established Compliance Cases Case Reporting and Management Procedure.
