Rig Manager - AROON037 
The Rig Manager is responsible for all aspects of rig management for the assigned rig, ensuring effective operations in compliance with company, contractual and regulatory requirements. 


  • High School degree (University degree preferred). Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communications may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
  • Five years management experience in jackup operations.
  • Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.

Preference will be given to Saudi National Applications.

HR Director - AROONHRD 

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for the companies policy and oversight in all areas of human resource management, including employment and recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare, performance management and appraisal together with maintenance and development of HR policies, procedures and transactional processes. The individual will serve as a business partner to the CEO, CFO and senior management and as such the role is seen as key in the further future strategic development of the organisation.


  • Educated to degree level as a minimum with HR relevant degree preferable.
  • Professional qualification in HR preferred (CIPD or equivalent) 

Experience Required

  • 10+ years of broad, generalist experience across human resource functions within a large and growing organisation, serving as a business partner to line management.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in human resource management processes and HR systems and processes.

Personal Skills/Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to engage with all levels of the organization including senior management. (English essential).
  • Leadership and business acumen aligned with a hands-on attitude.
  • A high level of professional honesty and integrity as would be expected within this senior role.
  • Proven knowledge of both desktop office software and organizational HR/ERP IT systems.

Preference will be given to Saudi National Applications.
